Como usar

How to use:

  1. Clean and dry the toenail thoroughly.
  2. Peel open the pouch, find the end of the soft pad that is shorter from the raised ridge, and tear along the serrated line to free that side from the release paper.
  3. Position the raised ridge in the groove between the nail and the tender skin, with the shorter end of the pad over the tender skin, and wrap that side of the tape gently around the toe. Leave a space between the strip and the skin at the base of the nail.
  4. Remove the rest of the release paper, place the longer end of the pad over the nail with the ridge still in position, and wrap the tape around the toe to secure it, again leaving a space at the nail base.
  5. Remove the strip before bed and reapply each morning after your shower or bath.
