The dual-speed motor offers gentle smoothing or more intense buffing, with Pressure Lock Technology for safe use. The battery gives up to 90 minutes of use per charge, with an LED indicator, and the patent-pending dust catcher keeps things tidy. Use on wet or dry skin. How to use:

Select one of the two speeds to suit the exfoliation you need.
Move the file over the foot in slow, even strokes, never staying on one spot for more than 3-4 seconds. Avoid injured, sore or irritated skin.
Charge only with the USB-C cable supplied. The cable is not waterproof: do not charge near water, rinse it or handle it with wet hands, and unplug the file before cleaning.
