Designed for casual, everyday shoes, they give customised comfort for people on the move with springiness, cushioning and shock absorption to help prevent tired and aching feet. A Freshfeet top cloth helps keep feet dry, fresh and cool all day, with powerful odour neutralisers to keep feet odour-free, and the insoles are diabetic friendly. To fit, remove your shoe's current insole if possible and place the insole in the shoe to test for size, then measure your foot against the gel insole and trim along the marked lines with scissors. The Small size fits AU shoe sizes 4.5-8.5. Insert the insoles gel side down. To clean, simply wipe with a warm soapy cloth (do not soak). Pack Contents 1 pair. Safety Warning Discontinue use if you experience pain, discomfort or any adverse reaction. Do not use in contact with broken or irritated skin. Replace the insoles every six months or when showing signs of wear.
