The 3/4 length removable insole needs no trimming and has an adhesive back that helps it stay in place, and it provides cushioning and support without crowding your toes. They fit well in most shoes, including casual shoes and sneakers, dress shoes and work boots. Wipe the inside of your shoe clean, remove the plastic backing, look for the marking that indicates the left or right insole, then insert it into the matching shoe with the heel lined up with the back of the shoe.
