This full length insole supports the position of the entire foot and helps prevent high pressure areas, distributing the load more evenly, with gentle arch support and a cushioned metatarsal dome to redistribute pressure under the ball of the foot. The range of Scholl In-Balance Pain Relief Insoles work in 3 ways: they immediately help absorb stress-inducing shock through the lower body, contour to the feet to spread your weight more evenly and reduce pressure, and help stabilise the position of your foot to support your natural walking style. Two layers of material ease pressure, and the heel cup with superior shock absorption helps reduce stress transfer to the lower back. Available in Small (AU 4.5-6.5), Medium (AU 7-8.5) and Large (AU 9-11). Place the heel of the insole against the back of the shoe and, if required, trim the end to the desired size following the guidance lines on the product.
