The Scholl Go Sockless Insole feels comfortable on your feet, like you are wearing socks. Designed as a flat, non-restrictive alternative to no-show socks, it has a super-soft terry cloth top layer with advanced moisture management and cooling vents that help keep feet dry, while a bottom layer of stabilising foam helps the insoles stay in place with less wrinkling and bunching. The thin profile is designed not to crowd toes and won't show through the top or back of your shoe, making it ideal for flats, slip-on sneakers, boat shoes and more. Each pack comes with 3 pairs: separate the left and right insoles, trim the sizing card to match your shoe size, trace its outline on each insole, trim, and place into shoes fabric side up. Replace the insoles every six months or at the first signs of wear. Pack Contents 3 pairs (6 insoles). Safety Warning Discontinue use if discomfort or irritation occurs. How many insoles come in the pack, and how do I trim them?

Each pack contains 3 pairs (6 insoles: 3 left and 3 right), which come stuck together, so separate them first. Trim the sizing card to match your shoe size, trace its outline on each insole, trim, and place into your shoes fabric side up.

  1. Separate the left and right insoles in each of the 3 pairs - they come stuck together (6 insoles are inside the packaging). Each insole has a grey fabric top and a white foam bottom.
  2. Trim the sizing card to match your shoe size.
  3. Trace the outline of the sizing card on each insole.
  4. Trim the left and right insoles and place them into your shoes, fabric side up.
