How to Use

  1. Remove the original insole from your shoes and trim to desired size, using the guide at the top of the insoles
  2. If the shoes are a little snug when you start wearing the new insoles, this is normal. Allow a few days to adjust to the insoles
  3. Insert the new insole with the gel facing down. Make sure the insoles lay flat against the bottom of your shoe.
